1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Small Text Generator (the "Site"), including all tools, pages, and features it offers. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

2. Free Use

The Site is free to use. There are no paid plans, no premium features, and no registration or account required. You may use the tools as often as you like, for any lawful purpose, without creating an account or paying a fee.

We do not sell access to the Site or charge for any style or feature. Because there is no account system, there is nothing to subscribe to, renew, or cancel.

3. Ownership of Output

The text you generate with the Site is your own. You own the output of your conversions in full and may use it for any lawful purpose — in usernames, bios, messages, documents, designs, or anywhere else you choose. We claim no ownership over the text you create.

The output is built from standard Unicode characters, and your ownership of the result does not grant you rights in the underlying fonts, software, or any third-party marks you paste into the tool.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site, or the text you generate with it, for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in or promoting illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or defaming any person or group.
• Creating or spreading fraudulent content, such as fake credentials, phishing material, or deceptive impersonation.
• Generating or sending spam, unsolicited messages, or mass advertising.
• Infringing the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent prohibited use, including restricting access to the Site where necessary. Because the Site processes text locally and does not collect your input, enforcement is limited to activity we can observe, such as automated abuse of the Site itself.

5. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated text will render identically on every device or platform. Unicode support varies, and some characters may not display on older devices or in fields that restrict special characters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site — which, because the Site is free, is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be described in the updated terms.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
